Ed noticed the candy tray sitting at the corner of Colonel Mustang’s desk and blinked “I wouldn’t take you as the type to celebrate Valentine’s Day.”

”Hmm?” Mustang raised an eyebrow. “Oh, the Candy Conversation Hearts?”

”Yeah.” Ed smirked.. “Getting soft in your old age?”

”Hardly.” Mustang smiled genteelly back. “Hughes’ wife gave everyone a bag of those candies. In fact, I have yours here.”

”Really?” Ed brightened as Mustang retrieved a ribbon topped bag from a drawer and tossed it at him. Ed caught it and spilled the candies into on hand.

Mustang prepared a bag of Conversation Hearts specifically for Ed. ^___^ How Sweet

Inspired by rooting around our sugar shelf for something sweet and finding a 2 year old bag of Conversation Hearts.
The first one we pull out?
"Small Talk"
'What's up?" was the second.
After we stopped laughing, we dumped out the bag and discovered many "My Girl Friend" hearts and a few "My Boy Friend" hearts.
We ignored those and found the 'Dress Up" one, which we promptly ate upon putting it in the drabble. ^___^
