ickaimpLong story short, nothing fandom today.
Got a new computer desk last night to replace the warped drafting table we'd been using and spent most of today wrestling with it. Many many thanks to the Brat for going shopping with me last night. Still need a new monitor tho.
Liked putting it together, but cleaning stuff to put it in was a pain. Like out the fishtank since the last fish died over a year and a half ago. Think we found the remains a fish that dissappeared earlier too... evidently it wasn't completely eaten by the others. Ew. >P
Voices have kicked up into high gear going "What are you DOING?! Gonna move soon! PACK! Gotta GOOOO!! Wanna MOOOOVE." and generally reminding me that it's now the second half of Febuary. Given half a chance, we'd be living out of boxes right now, regardless of the fact we have no clue where we're moving -to- yet.
Scary part is that they're generally right about these sort of things, so kinda expecting an eviction notice soon, since the grapevine has it that the deal to sell the property has been concluded, and there's a new owner now.
So will start packing. *sighs*
Japan: Will be going the first half of April. Will be hitting most of the Mandarake there, as well as several temples and shrines.
Looking forward to Osaka *laughs* After reading Detective Conan and all the comments from Heiji, wanna see it in person!! ^___^ (yes, travel planning via conan eps... ^^;; )
