ickaimpBecause the thought of the Hyuga (white eyes) Clan having a staring contest amuses us greatly.

”Shhh!”
”What?”
”Shhhh!!!”
“What?!”
”Neij-kun and Hinata-chan are having a staring contest.” Sakura hissed.
”Oh.” Naruto blinked , obvious to the combined glares of teams 8, 9 and 10 “Who’s winning?”
”It’s a Hyuga staring match.” Shikamaru deadpanned. “Who can tell?”
”Point”
”My money’s on Neji.” Ten Ten smirked.
”Hinata.” Kiba retorted. Ten Ten ignored him.
”Who do you think, Sasuke-kun?” Ino chirped.
Sasuke debated. “Oi. Dobe. C’mere.”
”Yeah?”
Silence followed as Sasuke dragged Naruto to the back of the crowd.
”SASUKE YOU PERVERT!!” Naruto’s howls made everyone jump. “GIMME BACK MY CLOTHES!!”
Both Hyuga blinked.
Sasuke smirked. ”I win.”

I'm not asking how Sasuke got Naruto's shirt. Voices say it involved lots of biting and scratching followed by much cursing and that's enough for me.
