Oh, my apologise to the usual late-night group for not being on, went to take a Qi Gong (alt spelling: Chi Kung) class. Kinda like T'ai Chi, only without the martial arts aspect.
... was kind of amused to find that those little static-y balls we play with between our hands occasionally is 'Qi'. ^^;; Was very startled/puzzled to realise that most people in class hadn't ever felt that before.
-can do without the full body zap tho. >_< Gonna try putting our usual binders back on before practicing tonight, see if that helps. Felt like I was wandering around with a dragon in my belly after class. @_@

I've always been interested in that! I've once seen a lady laying flat on the ground under a board piled with a lot of bricks and lifting it just using Qi Gong.
Ever heard of Qing gong? Um...if you ever watched chinese series on ancient times, it's where the people "fly" around. According to my research...it's really possible...wanna learn!

Qi Gong....
Isn't Qi gong cool? I haven't done it in a long time but to feel your chi flow is great. I used to play with these yellowy balls of energy for year, sorta flowed like heavy water, found out later it was my chi, pulled it out and put it back when done. Easy entertainment when waiting for midnight shows to start. think I need to play again.
It is stupid hours in the morning, I started HP book V and forced myself to stop at chapter 17, I think the woman learned to write. Its good and I am enjoying it. And now to sleep, not fireworks this 4th for me watched the mountians burn istead.
