Crack, Crown, frozen over, died.

Shin'ichi's Humorscope:
Your plans for a do-it-yourself replica medieval catapult will arrive today! Soon, your neighbors will become nervous (but you can explain that their fears are groundless -- you couldn't possibly hit anything that close with it).

Kaito's Humorscope:
Not an especially good day to play with crossbows, guns, machetes, flame throwers, mortars, heavy artillery, knives, ninja throwing stars, spears, maces, or nuclear weaponry. At least not all at once. Why not go out and putter about in the garden?

.... I don't think I really need to say anything. It's pretty much a story right there.

Cheesecrack Prom Night tonight. I was crowned King of Senior Cheesecrack, with Em as my Queen. I got a crown and a bullwhip and everyone was happy. Mwuahahahahahahaaa. still picking streamers out of strange places. muh hair. it et it.

Also, in completely random news, Hell Has Frozen Over. We currently have a few inches of snow on Mount Lemmon above Tucson. OMFG.

Robert Asprin, science-fiction author and one of the founding members of the Great Dark Horde, died yesterday. He was reading a Terry Prachett book when he passed away.

Thanks, just what I needed, the mental image of Shinichi with a catapult and Kaito decked out worse then my icon.

And that wasn't sarcasm, I'm feeling so sick I really did need that image. *grins*

Well, it's never stated that Kaito shouldn't deal with catapults. Mebbe it'd go well-?

Kaitou Kid stood at the edge of the upper roof of the Kudo house, looking down at the three persons in black below them. 'Fire!"

Shinichi shifted his body weight, forcing the lever down, watching as the bucket of mud went flying through the air, wincing as it hit it's target.

Kid blinked, wiping across his face before looking at the man across the roof from him, glaring. "Not. At. Me."

On the rooftop across the way, a bucket of flying marshmellow goo hit the pair, while Vodka cheered.

(I blame meds)

I call for expansion anyway - preferably the two of them interacting.

Congrats on Cheesecrack prom winning ^^!

And reading at Terry Prachett book seems like a nice way to go out - I wonder what line he was reading...

Nyeh. Ask me in a few days, I've got some ficcage biting. ^__^

Thanks! I'm rather surprised I won. I think it was cause the teenage boys could remember my boobage.

I'm still wondering which book he was reading at the time. Probably something ironic, knowing them.

XD - or maybe it was your magnetic personality? XD

(If the book wasn't ironic, it will be made so - he probably wasn't reading Good Omens, speaking of which I should read that over, it's been awhile) ^^

I heard about Asprin - sad sad news. But at least he was laughing before he passed on (come on, Pratchett? How could you be sad while reading Pratchett?).

And, uh...forgive my ignorance. But Humorscope? And where can I get one?

The first-person account that I read of Asprin's death said that he looked like he'd just fallen asleep for a nap, holding the book. Don't know which one though.

Humorscope.com (http://www.humorscope.com).
Shin'ichi is a Taurus, Kaito is a Cancer/Gemini cusp (I figure one for Kaito, one for Kid), Saguru is a Virgo and Aoko is either Virgo or Libra, I generally figure she's a Libra. No one else has canon birthdays as of yet. ^__^

For some reason, I think my brain already stamped Saguru as a Virgo. I'm really not sure why. Probably because it was more hilarious that way. *puzzles* ^.^;

I know this may sound weird, but it seems like one of the best deaths ever - reading Terry P. before napping. (Not to sound horribly morbid or anything...). =3

Saguru fits Virgo entirely too well. He's intelligent, sarcastic, over-organized, somewhat repressed, tends toward a conservative, put-together appearance... He's practically a laundry list of the sign's traits.

Sad news about Robert Asprin. I used to read his Myth Adventure series. Hmm, he and Aoyama shared a similar taste in bad puns, didn't they?

Me too! And yeah, I think you're right. But is there a such thing as good puns? ^___^
