Cerritos Library

Yesterday Sirah_FiresSirah dragged me around Cerritos to see the sights and the interesting things up there.
One of which was The Cerritos Library , the world's first "Experiance Library".
Translation: Stark Ravin' Cool.
The children's section has a huge saltwater aquarium, a T-Rex Skeletion named 'Stan', a giant tree, shifting constilations in the sky and all sorts of interesting stuff to learn, in addtion to having the books divided up in easy to find sections.
There's also interesting exibits in the other sections, such as the history of data storage. (which is more interesting than it sounds).
Although I did point out to them that the Japanese Wedding Kimono was on backwards in the display... they had the opening in the back and the back draped all over the front.
... you'd think they'd have enough books nearby to reasearch that... ^^;;

I'm not sure I've got this right, but if you mean they have it displayed so that the front is facing the wall, and the back of the kimono is on display, that IS the way you display a kimono for hanging.

I've seen it that way, but usually not when it's on a maniquinn and not when the sleeves are down.
Certainly not when the collar is tilted off-center as well. o_O
It kinda looked like they just threw it on there. >_<

Ok, yeah. Sorry, I couldn't tell from your first post if it was like, hanging on a wall or not. ^_^
