Volume 10 file 84, according to some fan scanlations I have say that Seto's been in coma for about a year from between Death-T to Duellist Kingdom.
Viz, 'Yu-Gi-Oh! Duellst' vol 3 duel 25, says that it's been six months.

Don't like Viz, don't trust Viz, uncertain as to which to go with for the *bleeping* timeline we're trying to pull together for Guard Dog. Help?

French Version, Book 10, Battle 84 : says "Nearly six months" too.

Danish manga translations are generally rather good.

Despite me usually reading manga in English, I like Danish translations...

*grins* They don't tone down the swearing or pervy-ness. Which is why I absolutely adore reading Gravitation on Danish.

I don't have much faith in Viz either (Inuyasha volume 1 made me weep) but I can't say I'm much more trustful of the average fanlation either.

I had the full set in Japanese that I gave to a friend of mine. ^^;; Ah, well.

Yeah, been watching Viz jerk people around for ten years now, so I'm a bit more inclined to trust fan scanlators. ^^;; But they get it wrong too, so... *shrugs*

Personally, I think Jounouchi has much better abs (http://www.yu-jyo.net/003/128.html) (scroll about halfway down), but Seto and Yuugi seem to be kinda fixated on that part of Jounouchi's anatomy... @_@

Scanlations are probably more accurate than what Vis came up with, but go with whatever fits your fic better. Hey, you can even ignore both and come up with your own. It's your fic.
