Definitely think it's Toichi. Like everyone else says, he has that Kaitou Kid air about him and he definitely has the movements of a Kaitou Kid. So...yeah. Dunno what he's doing in that library at that moment in time, but *shrugs*

And I'll bet a fanfic. Gonna say it doesn't matter the rating, but I warn you, I suck at anything abover R rating, so...yeah.
