Yes! Thank you! -the first couple of times that I watched the preview, I thought it was Heiji running with Conan. Then Knightus pointed out that Gosho has stated that Hakuba's in the 10th movie and did a screen cap of this scene and yeah, it's Saguru. Apparently Hakuba's shirt is on the sleeves is Blue instead of Green. -I kinda maybe sorta took the pic into photoshop and played with brightness and saturation. ^^;; But it could also be the light and he could just as easily be wearing a black and white shirt. *wanders off chortling*
