Go down to 'The Kaitou Kid Free Talk Zone', there should be a thread labeled 'Manga'. Look in there. Or look around that area... they tend to get annoyed if you just show up and demand manga without looking around first. ^^;; (sorry I can't be more direct, but this 'puter is slow and has troubles loading the site)
As far as the rose... Pretty sure it's not canon. Quick flip through them manga shows that he gives her one in the Kudo vs the Kid special in a flash back and one in the 'present', one during Blue Birthday, but that's it. The rest of the time, he's usually just giving her a hard time. #^^#
