Memories of Japan: Hobbits
Apr. 24th, 2003 06:04 pmWe discovered some of those neat Lord of the Rings chocolate eggs, with the figurines in the middle at a 100yen store, so I picked up 2 of them. One for me, one for a friend in the states.
When we got back to the Inn, I opened up one of the capsules in the middle of the chocolate and promptly started laughing. Then ran around like a loon showing everyone what was so funny.
It appeared that Samwise Gamgee was extremely flexiable, his head was right between his overly large feet.
Go Sam! (or should we say, Lucky Frodo?)
Didn't take it out of the capsule for fear of loosing one of the small pieces, so closed it up and threw it in the trunk.
Showed it to my youngest sister last week. First thing she did was promptly take it out of the capsule.
... That's not Sam. And he's not that flexible either... #^^#
It's Merry and Pippin, 69-ing in the capsule. If you take them out, one is supposed to fit on the other's shoulders.
They fit better with their heads between each other's legs tho.
